Alchemical Journey

Together with Spirit we will co-create an alchemical, sacred container. A container that is more than the sum of its parts. One that is powerful and transformative- where all of you is welcomed, seen, witnessed and loved.

We will travel together as guide and journeyer- two equal, divine, sovereign individuals.

The Essence

I will hold space, offer support, reframe and help you remember the wisdom and gifts you already possess within- Giving you tools, practices and offering a touch stone along the way. We will bring awareness to and unravel old patterns that are causing you to react to life and remain distant from your truest expression of self.
This container will be unique to you- meeting you exactly where you are and traveling in pace with your highest needs and timing. We do not force, rush, or dig. We practice surrendering to what is- allowing life to be the teacher. We allow your body, heart and soul along with Spirit to guide us- always.
The journey is remembering and practicing: your sovereignty, inner truth, authentic essence, the wisdom within your body, self expression, BEING, and discernment in the unique form they may be showing up in your life.

My intention through this journey is that you are more deeply connected to yourself and the Divine, you have stepped more fully into consciously co-creating your life, you remember the truth of who/what you are, you have healthy boundaries, you’re shining brightly out into the world, you know and trust your inner compass, you feel more confident and empowered and you fully trust yourself and your connection to Spirit to continue on your journey.
