Since as far back as I can remember I have felt drawn to helping others. Through my search for wellness I began a journey beyond the physical that led me to developed an intimate relationship with Spirit.
From that moment forward my life has never been the same- or completely my own. I have been blessed with a purpose to help others come home to themselves. I am honored to live my life as a channel for Love, in service to Spirit, as living ceremony, and bear witness to such rich, magical, transformational moments in others lives. I could not have dreamed of anything better!
It is truly my passion, honor, and privilege to walk beside you as you unfurl.

My story is one shared by many. Physical illness and the search for wellness brought me onto this path.

My Story in Quintessence

I arrived into this world a chatty ball of feminine essence which my family had no idea what to do with. I had wisdom beyond my years and the ability to see through others masks- which in a child can be rather unnerving. I was expressive and sure of myself. Until I wasn't. 
As I grew up I got further and further away from myself. The more disconnected I became the worse I felt and the less I understood. During my Junior year of high school I had full blown "mysterious" stomach issues that led to severe anxiety. My journey for wellness opened me to the world of alternative medicine. I experienced how we must work with all layers of our being; mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical in order to come into true wellness. This illness launched me onto a journey of deeply learning myself, Spirit, the different layers of our existence, what it means to live a heart centered life and how to be in service to the world with all of this.

I studied formally with many different teachers and mentors since 2010, as well as informally with Spirit and my own life initiations. I was formally ordained in the Rosa Mystica Lineage in 2025. I have learned and grown with each and every one of my clients over the past 10+ years. 

I am a woman who heard her calling and is devoted to embodying that calling, wholeheartedly, each day.

About Spirit Remembered

I never intended to start a business but Spirit had other plans-
Spirit Remedies was birthed in 2016 with the intention to help bring myself and others out of despair; To bring us hope that life could be better and that we could feel better. And to be the bridge to joyous, healthy living.

Along the way I realized how much more there is to life and to each of us. I was deeply initiated by the Mother. The divine feminine mysteries took over my life, and through their wisdom I remembered that we are spirit embodied; I remembered just how much magic we each hold within us, and I truly felt how divinely supported we are.

Spirit Remedies transformed into Spirit Remembered in 2023, with a new intention. Yes, to help us heal our woundings, but also to go far beyond that, to REMEMBERING and then EMBODYING our deepest truths. It is a vortex in which we can shed our limitations and anchor deeply into our hearts to co-create a magical, aligned life.
The essence of Spirit Remembered, is to assist in our collective remembrance of our divine nature and how to marry that with our humanity to live heaven on earth.
It is to awaken the seeds of Love in hearts all over.
